Our return policy

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. We offer a 12 day return from the day your order is shipped, accompanied by an original receipt.

All items must be in new, unworn condition. Returns do not include Shipping Charges. All Returns and Exchanges must be requested within 12 days from date of purchase.

We cannot offer a Refund for damaged and/or worn items. Items without merchandise bag or receipt cannot be returned.

Returns are will be accepted in the following condition only
- Original form of payment, minus $7 return shipping charge.
We can NOT refund Shipping charges on orders that have Shipped. Items must be shipped back and received prior to processing a Return. Any return received after 14 days from the date an RMA was issued will receive a Store Credit/E-Gift Certificate only. Returns/Exchanges received after 21 days will incur a $14 restocking fee. Items received in damaged will be issued a store credit.

Damaged Merchandise
If you received an item that was damaged in transit, or your item arrived defective, please Contact Us within the first 5 days of receiving your order to qualify for a full Refund. Be sure to include your order number, product name, detailed description and, if possible, a picture. Requests made after the first 5 days of receiving Damaged Merchandise and within the Return period are eligible for Store Credit only.

Returns Without an RMA
Any Return received without an RMA number on file will be given Store Credit only. Any item received damaged and without an RMA number on file will incur a $14 restocking fee per item Returned.

Final Sale
Items marked ”Final Sale” cannot be returned.

Sale Price Adjustments
One price adjustment on full-priced merchandise may be made within 5 days from the original date of purchase
